Being a key Holder allows me to do returns, and other minor duties that would other wise be done by a manager. This allow me to help myself and other coworkers greet and move our customers in a more timely fashion because they are not waiting on managment. As the first and last person the customer sees in the building, I strive to greet every customer with a friendly hello, as well as provide any additional support in the store. As well as working over the phone with customers to place orders, check on orders, answer questions about product and availability. I work closely with the receiving managers as well as other upper management to ensure the front area is cared for. Using heaving multi tasking, and due diligence we work to get balloon orders prepared and completed on schedule. As apart of being a cashier I also handle money on a regular basis with the utmost integrity and loyalty to the company. - |
